Are you worried about the economy, the education system, and the rapidly declining moral conditions that are so hostile to you and your family? Do you feel somewhat hopeless, not knowing what you can do to protect yourself and your loved ones from the cultural onslaught against your freedoms, your values, and your way of life?

Your Worldview Matters.

Thinking Like a Christian (TLAC) is a series specifically designed to help you overcome those fears and concerns, and to increase your personal confidence in living life as a Christian in today’s society. TLAC is a 12-class series that compares and contrasts the Christian, Biblical Worldview with the other major worldviews popular in our world today. Our key verse is II Corinthians 10:4-6, which states that we are in a battle of ideas; we are to demolish those bad ideas that come against the eternal truths of God, because it is those bad ideas that are the cause of most of the world’s problems.

Scripture promises that when we know and embrace the truth of God, the truth will set us free. The result is that, even if it appears we are in the midst of chaos, we can have perfect peace, and we and our families can be assured of God’s protection, provision, and blessing! (Jn. 8:32; Is. 26:3) Each class in the series focuses on a separate worldview subject, clearly defining the Christian worldview in that subject and contrasting it with the opposing worldviews. Each class is filled with statements of fact, graphs, illustrations, and scripture verses that support these concepts and principles for application in the real world. A key term in the TLAC Series is reality…because Christians–more than anyone else–should be living in reality.

The complete text for each class is available for download, complete with sources and recommended tools for your further study. This entire series is applicable for all ages from the early teens through adulthood. We trust you will enjoy this series and promise that you will be encouraged, enlightened, and equipped as never before to live a victorious and purposeful life in Christ!

DVDs 7-12 of theThinking Like a Christian series is broken down in to the following subjects:

The Christian Worldview of PSYCHOLOGY Everyone has problems. Some have problems with relationships, others with anger, and others still with depression or guilt. What is the Christian remedy and how does it compare to the “answers” offered by other religions and philosophies?

The Christian Worldview of ETHICS Is morality gray? One of the greatest objections we hear today that keeps us from pointing out right or wrong is “who made you the judge?” After all, doesn’t the Bible say, “Judge not lest you be judged?” Unfortunately, most Christians would probably hear that and agree. But what does the Bible really teach and what are the results of a culture not governed by biblical truth?

The Christian Worldview of SOCIOLOGY What makes some societies thrive and others suffer? What can a single Christian man or woman do to make a difference? What is the “backbone” of society and how important is the home and church? What is more important to God, the individual or the nation?

The Christian Worldview of LAW Does biblical law have any place in a secular society? What is the history of American Law? Is it true that it was based on the Bible? Is it true that you cannot legislate morality? Does the phrase, “Separation of church and state” appear in the Constitution? Why does it seem that American Law has become so unjust in the last 50 years?

The Christian Worldview of POLITICS Are Christians to be involved in politics? Should pastors be preaching about politics from the pulpit? Should Christians make a distinction between what is secular versus what is spiritual? Do Christians have a responsibility to vote? What is the result of Christians not participating in the political process?

The Christian Worldview of EDUCATION What does the Bible say about the Christian’s role in educating his or her children? Looking at our own history, what was the philosophy of the Founding Fathers toward education? What is the philosophy (or religion) of our public education system now? What should we do to ensure that our children are prepared for life?
