This book is a must read for all parents and teens regardless of the college they or their children are aspiring to attend. The problems Mr. Deresiewicz outlines are rampant and not by any means limited to the Ivy League. Our society has become obsessed with degrees and credentials and the "status" they confer. Caveat emptor!
