Are you worried about the economy, the education system, and the rapidly declining moral conditions that are so hostile to you and your family? Do you feel somewhat hopeless, not knowing what you can do to protect yourself and your loved ones from the cultural onslaught against your freedoms, your values, and your way of life?

Your Worldview Matters.

Thinking Like a Christian (TLAC) is a series specifically designed to help you overcome those fears and concerns, and to increase your personal confidence in living life as a Christian in todays society. TLAC is a 12-class series that compares and contrasts the Christian, Biblical Worldview with the other major worldviews popular in our world today. Our key verse is II Corinthians 10:4-6, which states that we are in a battle of ideas; we are to demolish those bad ideas that come against the eternal truths of God, because it is those bad ideas that are the cause of most of the worlds problems.

Scripture promises that when we know and embrace the truth of God, the truth will set us free. The result is that, even if it appears we are in the midst of chaos, we can have perfect peace, and we and our families can be assured of Gods protection, provision, and blessing! (Jn. 8:32; Is. 26:3) Each class in the series focuses on a separate worldview subject, clearly defining the Christian worldview in that subject and contrasting it with the opposing worldviews. Each class is filled with statements of fact, graphs, illustrations, and scripture verses that support these concepts and principles for application in the real world. A key term in the TLAC Series is realitybecause Christiansmore than anyone elseshould be living in reality.

The complete text for each class is available for download, complete with sources and recommended tools for your further study. This entire series is applicable for all ages from the early teens through adulthood. We trust you will enjoy this series and promise that you will be encouraged, enlightened, and equipped as never before to live a victorious and purposeful life in Christ!

The first six DVDs of the Thinking Like a Christian series is broken down in to the following subjects:

Intro to Thinking Like a Christian

Defining our terms: what is a worldview and why is ours important? What percentage of Christians hold a worldview that is biblically based? What if Christ never lived, and Christianity never was? In this introductory course we will cover the amazing, transforming, and liberating effects Christianity has had upon the entire world, and then examine the root cause for why Christians are having so little effect in our world today.

The Christian Worldview of HISTORY Whatever worldview we adopt and ultimately base our lives upon must have a reliable foundation. How reliable, then, is the Bible compared to other religions or ideas? Is there any proof that God is still working in the world in the same way He did in ancient Israel?

The Christian Worldview of THEOLOGY How can we know God? How can we know that God exists? What is God like? What are His characteristics? How does Christianitys God compare to those of the other major religions?

The Christian Worldview of PHILOSOPHY The study of ideas. What is real? What is true? Is truth absolute or relative? Where did I come from? Why am I here? Where am I going? How do I get there?

The Christian Worldview of ECONOMICS Compare and contrast Biblically-based Free Market Enterprise (Capitalism) with the Socialist/Marxist/Communist economic systems. What does Christ teach? Does a biblical worldview support the idea of a national healthcare system? What does the Bible have to say about entitlement programs and government welfare programs?

The Christian Worldview of SCIENCE What influence has either Christianity or Darwinian Evolution had on science and society? How does the Intelligent Design argument stand up in comparison to Darwinian Evolution? What is the difference between micro and macro evolution? Does religion and faith have any place in the sciences? Does science support or dispel the idea of a Creator? Is science at odds with Christianity? Can a Christian be a scientist, or a scientist a Christian?
